Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogs, and click on any items that you GOTTA HAVE and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the "Checkout" button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept payment via credit card. We only accept orders within the U.S. WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES! Shipping addresses must be physical mailing addresses. WE CANNOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES!
We accept most major credit cards. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
We process your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within the time frame specified for each item as you place the item in your cart. For Will Call orders, you will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup.
For Air Orders, please note the Estimated Delivery Date schedule provided at the time of check out. If a part needs to be ordered from a warehouse, it could take several days to arrive at our facility, where it would be processed and then shipped to you.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If you are ordering during a week where a holiday falls, there will be a delay. If you place an order after hours on a Friday, it will not be processed until Monday.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will be notified via Email if your item is back ordered. You will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Sales tax will be applied to all in-state orders. All other orders are tax free.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

At Highlands Yamaha we have a 20% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. No refunds or exchanges on electrical parts. All returns must have a copy of the receipt (customer copy) for any refund or exchange. Refunds or exchanges must be done within 30 days of the order date.
